Sappi Limited Global Service Team Member – Microsoft Solutions plays a critical role in supporting the Microsoft global team. The GSTM Microsoft will install, administer, and optimize Microsoft servers and client related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers and clients as necessary; assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the Microsoft environment, server farm and client environment; ensuring the availability of server and client applications, configuring all new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server and client environment.
