The Green Bay, WI site is seeking an engineer for the converting technologies area to deliver critical site led projects. Green Bay takes pride in redefining manufacturing in America with a focus on being lean, being competitive, and being sustainable. The individual will be responsible for equipment & technology scope, cost, funding, and schedule management. These projects encompass enabling Family Care initiatives, productivity, converting and power and controls, and site savings projects. Technologies include web-handling, paper converting, bundle wrapping, case-packing, and finished product handling to name a few. Important Responsibilities: The person filling this role will be required to use both technical engineering & project management skills in this role. Ideal candidate has demonstrated strong technical mastery as well as the ability to deliver projects at cost and on schedule.
