Job Responsibilities

• Provides coaching and support to the maintenance team in a non-unionized work environment.
• Follows best practices and ensures the efficiency and quality of the mill’s maintenance and reliability operations.
• Works effectively with the Production team to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Promotes a safe work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Facilitates adherance to the annual maintenance budget.
