As a PRODUCTION GRADUATE EXPERT some of your responsibilities will be:

– Support facilities in deployment of Saica Production System (SPS) which includes:

– WIS (Work Instruction System) implementation support: train-the-trainers, documentation organization & digitalization and perform audits to check on the quality of the WIS methodology implementation,

– Support the waste management implementation in the selected facilities: base-line on current plants’ waste mgmnt and support implementation of basic best practices,

– Support the corporate SPS organization in organizing lean manufacturing trainings and other specific needs,
