Serves as the cross-category Research Technical Strategist for Family Care.  Key accountabilities of the role are as follows.

• Subject matter expert in all aspects of product performance relating the components and structure of the sheets to the softness, bulk, absorbency and durability of the products in use.

• Set strategic direction for the product components and structure to continuously improve product performance aligned with our innovation pathways and pipelines to deliver business results.

• Develop a high-performance connected technical culture where everyone from our diverse R&E Team is energized and inspired to bring their best work forward to solve the critical challenges facing our business.
