Description

In this role you will lead the IRD Board Technology Team, including allocation of the resources and competencies to handle projects efficiently within the unit, and as part of IRD staffing process. You will be responsible for coordinating the work on front-end/ideation as well as for implementation projects within the team for products and processes. Oversight of disruptive as well as incremental development work is part of the scope. In addition, developing the methods, tools and procedures and aligning organisational focus and activities with other IRD units as well as production and investment units is part of the role.
